Appointment Reminders and Times

Reminders:

·       Hair Removal- please shave within 24 hours prior to your appointment

·       Photofacial- avoid direct sun exposure for 4-6 weeks

·       Sclerotherapy- wear or bring shorts to scheduled appointment

·       Massage- please arrive 10-15 minutes early

The following are approximates times that your appointment may take:

Skinology Appointment, Late Arrival & Cancellation Policies

All of the staff at Skinology value and respect your time and expect the same in return. We want your experience at Skinology to meet and exceed your needs.  As such, we have policies in place to protect your time and ours.

If you are a new client or an existing client receiving a new service please arrive at least 10 minutes early so that you may take care of any paperwork. We want you to be able to relax and have plenty of time to consult with the esthetician or the physician and not feel rushed.

We want you to have the allotted time available so that you receive the utmost care.  Should you arrive late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Depending on the service you are scheduled for, you may be charged a percentage of the scheduled treatment fee.  

Every appointment scheduled will be secured with a credit card, to ensure that your appointment is established and that you will be seen promptly. We will try to contact you the day before as a friendly reminder, however, it is your responsibility to arrive on time for your appointment.

If you fail to make your appointment and do not call 24 hours prior to the appointment, a charge of $50.00 will be billed to your credit card on file.
