Betsy serves as Skinology’s first point of contact, and has been with us since 2009. She possesses the unique abilities of a concierge, combined with a ready willingness to create a positive experience. She is responsible for scheduling and office administration as well as designing an inviting reception area for our patients. Not only does her assistance keep the front office running smoothly, but her knowledge and warmth reassures our patients.
Because of her vast knowledge in business and office administration, Betsy serves multiple roles. She’s a proficient, organized and punctual multi-tasker who enjoys how Skinology’s team-oriented environment provides patients with a “better than ever expected,” experience. Betsy’s favorite aspect of her job is interacting with patients and learning their story.
