Where is Skinology Medical Spa located?
Skinology Medical Spa is located at 110 Alafaya Woods Boulevard, Suite C, Oviedo, Florida 32765, serving Oviedo, Winter Springs, and the greater Orlando area. Our hours are Monday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
A consultation is not required, but we do offer complimentary consultations. It's the best way to get a personalized treatment plan built around your skin, your goals, and your budget — with no pressure and no obligation.
How do I book an appointment at Skinology?

Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes. We offer Cherry financing exclusively through Allē, available for Allē treatments only. Ask us for details during your visit or consultation.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, Skinology gift cards are available for purchase online and make a wonderful gift for any occasion.
Injectables
What is the difference between Botox and dermal fillers?
Botox is a neuromodulator. It relaxes the facial muscles that cause expression lines, such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow's feet. Dermal fillers, such as Juvederm, restore lost volume and smooth deeper lines and folds. Many clients benefit from a combination of both, which we'll map out during your consultation.
How long do injectable results last?
Botox typically lasts 3 to 4 months. Juvederm fillers vary by product and treatment area, and many last 12 months or longer. Your provider will give you a personalized timeline at your appointment.
Who performs injections at Skinology?
Injections are performed by Dr. Jeffry Rocker, a physician who has served the Oviedo and Orlando area for over 30 years, and Clare He, ARNP, who specializes in full face restoration and facial balancing. Clare is highly trained in MD Codes and advanced injecting methods. Every treatment begins with a careful assessment so your results look natural — never overdone.
Facials & Skin Treatments
What is the difference between a facial and a HydraFacial?
A traditional facial is a hands-on treatment customized to your skin — cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, mask, and massage to keep skin healthy and glowing. A HydraFacial uses a specialized device to do all of that in one treatment: it deeply cleanses, exfoliates, and extracts impurities while infusing the skin with nourishing serums like antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. There's no downtime, and skin looks plump and radiant right away. During your consultation we'll recommend the best fit for your goals.
What is dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliation treatment that gently removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (peach fuzz), leaving skin immediately smoother and brighter. It takes about 50 minutes on its own, or 15 minutes as an add-on to a facial, and pairs beautifully with our customized peels. Most clients repeat it every 2 to 4 weeks.
What is microneedling and what does it treat?
Microneedling creates tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate your natural collagen and elastin production. It improves fine lines, skin texture, enlarged pores, and acne scarring. A series of treatments is usually recommended for the best results.
Do you offer chemical peels?
Yes. We offer customized peel solutions tailored to your skin type and concerns, from light refresh peels to deeper corrective treatments. Peels can also be combined with dermaplaning for enhanced results.
What skincare products do you carry?
We carry ZO Skin Health, a medical-grade skincare line, available for purchase in our spa and through our online shop. The right home-care routine protects and extends your in-office results — ask us which products fit your skin.
Hair Removal
How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?
Because hair grows in cycles, laser hair removal requires a series of sessions — most clients need 6 to 8 treatments spaced several weeks apart for smooth, lasting reduction. Your personalized series will be planned at your consultation.
