All memberships are billed monthly and on a 6 month contract.

• What if I don’t want a monthly payment?
  • You can pay your membership in advance for the 6 months.
• Can I share the membership benefits?
  • Membership benefits are for the person named on the membership only.
• Can the membership be frozen?
  • Yes, you may freeze your membership (1) time for 30 days during your 6 month contract.
• Can I use any of my benefits during the time my membership is frozen?
  • If your membership is frozen any benefits cannot be used until after the freeze is lifted.
• Can I pay for my membership with a gift card/certificate or cash?
  • If you pay in full you may use cash, credit card or gift card.
• Do unused services roll over?
  • Services do not roll over and must be used each month.
• How does the membership renewal process work?
  • Memberships automatically renew after 6 months. To cancel you will need to give us written intent to cancel 30 days prior to the billing date.
• Can Skinology Medical Spa change the rules or pricing of the membership?
  • During the time of your contract pricing will not change. However, pricing may change on your renewal so check this prior. Rules may be changed but notice will be given if this should happen.
• Can I cancel my membership?
  • You may cancel your membership at the end of your 6 month contract. Any other cancellation requests will be evaluated on an as needed basis.  
• What is your appointment cancellation policy?
  • Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours prior of the appointment time.
• What happens if I don’t cancel my appointment and don’t show up?
  • Should you no show for an appointment the service will be deducted from your membership and will count as your treatment that month. If it is a discounted service the standard $50 fee will be billed to your credit card on file.
• How is my membership fee billed?
  • Membership fees will be automatically billed to the credit card on file on the first of each month.
• What happens if my card on file is declined?
  • If your card is declined your membership will be on hold until we are able to update your card. We will try to reach you to do so.
