JUVÉDERM - VOLUMA XC
JUVÉDERM - VOLUMA XC injectable gel is for deep injection in the cheek area to correct age-related volume loss and for augmentation of the chin region to improve the chin profile.
Over time, the cheeks flatten, and the skin may begin to sag. This is caused by a natural loss of volume in the cheek area. This is what the experts call age-related midface volume loss. JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC is designed to add volume beneath the skin’s surface. Also, to lift and contour the cheek area. Juvederm Voluma can be used to augment the chin whether from volume loss or a “weak” chin. In some cases, it can even be used to add definition to the jawline. Juvederm Voluma is formulated using Allergan’s Vycross technology. This technology produces an ultra-smooth gel for a more natural look and feel, minimal swelling and bruising, as well as improved duration.
JUVÉDERM - VOLLURE XC and JUVÉDERM ULTRA PLUS XC
JUVÉDERM - VOLLURE XC and JUVÉDERM ULTRA PLUS XC injectable gels are for injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds, also known as “the parathesis”. Juvéderm Vollure XC features the same Vycross technology that Juvéderm Voluma XC and Juvéderm Volbella XC uses. Aging, genetics, and environmental factors like sun exposure can cause parentheses lines to become more visible. This dermal filler subtly smooths these lines to deliver results that last.
JUVÉDERM – VOLBELLA XC is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler, specifically formulated for the delicate skin covering the lips. Volbella is a thinner, more pliable substance compared to other facial fillers, providing a smooth, natural effect. Volbella adds volume and plumpness to the lips, while smoothing fine lines around the mouth. Juvederm Volbella can also be used for undereye hollows to improve the appearance of the undereye area.
JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC
JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC injectable gel is for injection into the lips and perioral area for lip augmentation.
Dr. Rocker is quite proficient and experienced at facial contouring. He has also been our medical director and injector for over 15 years, administering over thousands of injections each year. While you are consulting your wants and needs with the doctor, a treatment plan will be drawn up. During your treatment, anesthesia will be administered and the product will be injected directly into the skin in small amounts by an ultrafine needle. Discomfort is very minimal and brief making it an extremely tolerable experience. The length of procedure is approximately 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on placement of the filler. Swelling and bruising may occur with any injectable treatment, but usually subsides within 3 to 10 days.
